The applicant logs into their personal account via the website my3.soliq.uz (https:\/\/my3.soliq.uz\/) using an electronic digital signature.<br \/>\n2. In the \u201cServices\u201d section of the site, the user selects the item \u201cResidency Certificate for Legal (or Physical) Person\u201d and submits an application with the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>user&#8217;s name;<\/li>\n<li>user&#8217;s phone number;<\/li>\n<li>user&#8217;s postal address;<\/li>\n<li>name of the services provided (or work performed);<\/li>\n<li>dividends to be received;<\/li>\n<li>interest to be received;<\/li>\n<li>contract number and date;<\/li>\n<li>contract amount;<\/li>\n<li>IDN number of the agreement registered with the authorized bank;<\/li>\n<li>name of the foreign taxpayer from whom income is expected;<\/li>\n<li>period for which the confirmation of residency is required (calendar year);<\/li>\n<li>name of the foreign tax authority to which the certificate will be submitted;<\/li>\n<li>name of the international agreement under which the residency certificate is issued;<\/li>\n<li>address for sending the original residency certificate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. The submitted application is reviewed by the State Unitary Enterprise \u201cSoliq-servis\u201d under the Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan within 3 working days.
